It has been a while since the band was challenged by the weather. Often at 7:00 p.m. (concert time) the rain has stopped and things cool off. That was the story of June 30th until we approached the second half of the concert. We shortened things up and headed for safety as this wall cloud passed over.

We are hopeful things will be better for the big Peoria Park District Fireworks Show at Glen Oak Park on Wednesday, July 3rd. Activities begin at 4:00 p.m. with the band scheduled to go on around 8:00 p.m. Fireworks follow!
