The Peoria Municipal Band, under the direction of Dr. David Vroman, will begin their 84^th season of summer concerts on Sunday, June 20^th  at 7:00 p.m. on the front lawn of the Noble Center in Lakeview Park in Peoria, Illinois and follow up in the Peoria Warehouse District on Wednesday, June 23^rd.  All concerts begin at 7:00 a.m. and are free of charge.  Convenient free parking is adjacent to both the performing venues.

On Sunday, June 20^th, the Peoria Fire Department Color Guard will help open the concert along with featured vocalist is Jennifer Rosa.  The Noble Center is a new location and is located at 1125 W. Lake Avenue in Peoria.  Sunday evening concerts will be June 20, 27, July 11, 18, 25, August 1, 8, 15 and 22.  A special patriotic concert entitled “Salute to America” will be held on Saturday, July 3^rd. Wednesday evening performances are presented at the corner of Water and State Street in front of Kelleher’s Irish Pub & Eatery at 7:00 p.m. These performances will be June 23, 30, July 7, 14, 21, 28, August 4, 11, and 18.  There will be vocalists, guest emcees, special concert themes and more throughout the summer.
